SALES MEETINGS
Al Dente’s Romantico Cottage is a great alternative to hotel/ motel conference rooms. The cottage has proven extremely popular because it is a quiet, peaceful, private setting in which staff can maintain complete focus. Catering is provided and can be tailored to suit the timings and needs of the group.

After a productive meeting, staff are rewarded with exquisite Italian food and beverages in the main villa or outside in the beautiful patio area.

TEAM BUILDING EXERCISES
a mouth watering alternative to traditional team building exercises!

Raffaela plans and hosts the Italian style team building functions so all the hard work is done for you! You simply need to provide us with any special requirements and we do the rest.

Participants will learn how creative and challenging it can be to prepare food "in a team". A little bit of healthy competition is followed by a gorgeous meal, where participants get to enjoy the fruits of their labour – Italian style!

All ingredients used are seasonal and mostly organic. Vegetarian and gluten free options available.

BASIC FORMAT OF A FUNCTION:
• Welcome with our bruschettas, Italian sausages and drinks while the tutor gives an introduction and orientation.
• The cooking fun begins: the group is divided into smaller teams and enjoy preparing tagliatelle and ravioli with different flavours, or kneading pizza and bread dough.
• Time to enjoy the food you have prepared around the laden Italian table.
